Why YARA medical

As a specialist in pediatric and adolescent medicine with a very large clinic, medical center with several employed doctors, I know and experienced all the needs and worries as a responsible doctor, but on the other hand, as an entrepreneur, as an employer as well!

This is how our company came into being as a family business, which knows the needs of both sides only too well and has suffered for years from a shortage of personnel with all its consequences.

Since our first recruitment of medical staff from abroad in 2013 (especially from so-called third countries), we have initially been able to compensate for our own staff shortages and then also gradually for shortages at friendly medical practices. Our highly motivated, competent colleagues from abroad were usually trained as specialists recognized in Germany within 1-2 years (without having to have a further training permit) and thus became permanent pillars of our practices and medical centers.

We differ from other recruitment agencies in that we “come from the field” and know all the requirements, structures and forms. We speak the native languages of our foreign colleagues fluently. This creates a lot of trust – on both sides!
