We are a company that has emerged from the acute shortage of specialists. From our own experience with a large healthcare facility for pediatricians and adolescent doctors as well as a private medical practice, we have experienced the personnel problems ourselves. Our experience over the years is that it is difficult to find specialized medical staff in Germany. In addition, bureaucracy is increasing and the time allocated to patients is reduced. That is the reason why we started recruiting doctors from abroad 13 years ago. We are aware of all the problems that arise when recruiting foreign doctors and have solutions for them!
